Colleges and universities
Reach students before a crisis does.
Dr. Chabot has spoken on college campuses in 48 states over 25 years. His talks support the evidence-based prevention work your office already does.
The student talk
Fentanyl, Cannabis & Alcohol: What Every Student Needs to Know
Straight talk from a former White House drug policy advisor and deputy sheriff about counterfeit pills, high-potency cannabis, and drinking, with practical tools students can use the same night. There is no shaming, and it is built to support campus prevention programs rather than replace them.
Also available for campus audiences: Leading Through Hard Times for student leaders, and Mission-Ready for ROTC and veterans services.

Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act
Colleges that receive federal funds must run a drug and alcohol prevention program and review it every two years under the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (EDGAR Part 86). A campus-wide prevention keynote can be documented as part of your program in the next biennial review.
